Completely re-built KP Double Acting 9 Head UTC Gasser
Removed all undercap heads and metering cylinders from the machine
Removed dial housing from base and inspected ring gear and cam. Ring gear was good, but cam was replaced because of condition. Replaced with a good used cam
Removed pinion shaft and replaced both top and bottom bearings
Replaced upper and lower post bushing in dial housing
Reinstalled dial housing onto base unit and installed all posts with new cam followers. Also installed new oil seals in dial housing above top post bushings
Rebuilt all undercap heads and metering cylinders. Replaced with all new seals and teflon encapsulated “O” rings
Installed new hydraulic hoses for the ones that were worn
Installed rebuilt cylinders and heads back on machine
