The media (or sand) is retained in the screen system which allows the product to flow through and be discharged and collected. The fluid product to be dispersed is pumped upward through a water-jacketed grinding vessel at a controlled rate by an external pump. The fineness of grind depends on dwell time in vessel, media loading and the formulation of the premix.
