This machine will be completely refurbished. All air logic, filtration and crimping collets will be new.

• 32" x 116" in-line base drilled for left to right can feeding (direction could be R-L)
• 145" long indexing track
• Double index drive
• Can infeed timing worm (Choice of conveyor or disc infeed)
• 4 - 300cc product filler stations
• 2 first generation non-vacuum or vacuum crimping stations
• 4 - 200cc through-the-valve gassing stations
• Pre-drilled for future valve insertion system
• Speeds up to 70 CPM
• Option #1: Machine enclosure Stainless steel wire mesh screen doors and panels for suppression system. Door interlocks to stop machine if doors are opened.
• Option #2: Terco new style aerosol valve insertion system 2 valve insertion heads, 2 valve setter detector stations and 1 KP 48" magnetic valve sorter w/track and escapements.
